Reason and solution of blue smoke in diesel generator set

分类: INFO Release time:21-01-20 Page view:390

The blue smoke of diesel generator set is mainly caused by the internal failure of diesel engine, which leads to the ignition of lubricating oil into the cylinder.

There are usually two conditions: the inner wall of the cylinder is scratched, the piston seal is not good or the cylinder is seriously damaged, it will lead to the gap, and originally bear the run

At this time, the lubricating oil will use these gaps to string into the cylinder to participate in the ignition, and when the lubricating oil cannot be ignited, it will lead to blue smoke.

Diesel generator set has blue smoke treatment methods:

1, the use of a long time generator set to often check the cylinder, piston and other parts of the density

Closed, found when there is blue smoke discharge, timely maintenance, to prevent greater loss.

2. Lubricating oil should be added appropriately, too much or too little is not desirable.  Check the use of lubricating oil regularly, once found that the consumption of lubricating oil is different

Often, immediately go to professional maintenance station for inspection.

The common fault of blue smoke after operation of diesel engine is usually caused by the function of high temperature and super high pressure after part of lubricating oil is string into the cylinder

The lubricating oil evaporates to form steam, which is then discharged with the exhaust gas.  If the lubricating oil is ignited, it will make the exhaust pipe smoke, leading to the cylinder

Inner carbon added, lubricating oil usage increased.  When the nozzle internal parts are stuck or the oil hole is blocked, the exhaust pipe will emit blue smoke.

(1) The lubricating oil inside the oil pan is added to the cylinder, which is evaporated into oil and gas and fired from the exhaust pipe;

(2) serious oiling around the inner cylinder of the diesel engine;

(3) the cylinder rod and cylinder head internal valve guide damage gap is too large, lubricating oil cylinder organization is sucked into the cylinder;

(4) The piston ring, piston and cylinder liner damage gap is too large, resulting in lubricating oil into the cylinder;

(5) too much lubricating oil in the oil pan will also add lubricating oil to the cylinder;

(6) the piston ring is carbon cemented in the piston ring groove or the piston ring elastic insufficient ring opening is not separated, and the upper and lower directions of the gas ring are inverted;

(7) the new diesel engine or the diesel engine after major repair does not pass the complete run-in period, resulting in poor air tightness of the cylinder;

(8) The internal parts of the nozzle are stuck.
